What personal data we need to work with

By personal data we mean the type of data which help us identify a person, such as name, home address, telephone number, or email. By using our website to create user accounts and purchase tickets we will require and collect the following information about you: name, phone number, email address, home address, and IP address. We will also require name and email of other people you want to purchase tickets for, should you want to do so.

The personal data specified above is required for online payments and website user creation. In addition, during the event there will be accredited photographers and journalists within the festival’s premises. Their mission will be to capture photos and footage of the best moments we had together, which will be used for artistic and journalistic purposes only. We will not use your image for commercial purposes without your prior consent.

Usage data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We receive information about you through the checkout process on our ticket store, when you contact us through the Contact and Support forms, and when you Log in with your social media account on our website. We collect this information from you through cookies, and through the creation of user accounts on our website. We collect your public profile data only based on the consent that you grant before logging in with your social media profile, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.

How we make use of Cookies

Contact forms

We keep contact form submissions for three months after the event for customer service purposes, and for platform evaluation. We do not use the information submitted through our Contact form for marketing purposes.

Should you choose to provide us with personal data belonging to other people by buying tickets for friends, family, or other acquintances, you become fully responsible for the way in which you obtained that data. We cannot be held liable for any infringement to the rights of the people who’s personal data you provide to us.

We reserve the right to add, modify or remove portions of this Privacy Policy in the future to make sure that information herein provides relevant and adequate information about our collecting and processing of your personal data.
